„Téma výstavy „Všichni svatí“ vychází z životního postoje Karla IV., který byl přesvědčen, jako v té době kde kdo, o konci světa a následném posledním soudu, a proto kudy chodil na svých císařských cestách po všech zemích císařské koruny, „kradl“ jemněji půjčoval napořád v kostelích, často po nocích, ostatky svatých, když se dozvěděl, že v nějakém kostele jsou. Jelikož v té době se věřilo, že člověk musí k poslednímu soudu vstoupit celý, tedy se vším všudy ze svého těla a uvědomil si, že svatí v konci dní budou muset přijít do Prahy pro poslední zbytky svých těl a budou také vyučovat na Universitě do konce věků, kterou také proto, či mezi jiným pro to, založil... Duchovní výkvět Evropy by se tak stal profesorským sborem. Takže téma i název je "všichni svatí" - konec světa, ostatky svatých (kusy koster, zubů, vlasů…), znovuzrození, poslední soud, zmrtvýchvstání nejen Kristovo, ale všech kdo kdy žili, tak často a krásně zobrazované na mnoha obrazech těch největších mistrů, osvícení, svatozáře, jednotliví svatí, symboly jejich moci, drahokamy v císařské koruně, kaple do které chodil bosý a která byla nasycena energií drahokamů a symbolikou barev pro umocnění modlitby, kontemplace a duchovního růstu…“

"The subject of the “All Saints” exhibition is based on Charles’ IV life attitude. Just like many of his contemporaries he believed in the apocalypse and the subsequent judgement day and so whenever he travelled to other parts of the reign he would “steal” or, to put it more nicely, borrow forever, often by night, the remains of saints from churches when he got to know about them. It was believed, that man has to attend the last judgement complete, that is, with all the appropriate body parts and so he realized that the saints would have to come and collect their remains in Prague and then they could teach forever at the University which he had founded for that purpose. The spiritual elite of Europe would have become the university teaching staff.
And so both the title and the subject of the exhibition “All Saints” – the apocalypse, holy relics (parts of skeletons, teeth, hair), rebirth, last judgement, Christ’s resurrection, but also of all those who had ever lived and were so often depicted by the greatest artists, enlightenment, halos, individual saints, their symbols of power, jewels in the emperor’s crown, the chapel which he would enter barefooted and which was saturated with the energy of gems and colour symbolism to enhance the power of prayers, contemplation and spiritual growth."
